We hope you are delighted with your Clive Christian purchase, however, we accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 28 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been unsealed or sprayed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our Concierge Team with your order number and reason for return to receive your official Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Ensure the perfume is in its original presentation box and outer sleeve, then place it securely inside the original shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it to the exterior of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our atelier inspects the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
